Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Email Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales funnel. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, generate interest, and ultimately convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:
    • Identify, research, and target potential business opportunities in the technology industry.
    • Develop and implement strategies to approach new clients and explore untapped markets.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound efforts, networking, and relationship building.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and company objectives.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Design and execute lead generation strategies using various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and networking events.
    • Analyze market trends and identify potential clients for product offerings.
    • Use CRM tools and databases to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of target market personas and customer needs to optimize lead generation efforts.
  3. Email Marketing:
    • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting prospective and existing clients.
    • Create and manage email lists, ensuring segmentation based on customer profiles and behaviors.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent with the company’s brand and values.
  4. Account Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
    • Maintain an active role in ongoing communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  5. Communication & Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development.
    • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and sales pitches as needed.
  6. Business Acumen:
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand and address the client’s business challenges.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the technology sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in new business development, lead generation, and email marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in account management, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the technology industry.
  • Knowledge of government contracting and B2B sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and data.
